		Larry Coulter, Founder and President After spending 13 years in the aerospace industry (lead designer, stress/dynamic analyst, program manager, corporate auditor, QA corrective actions officer for NASA projects) he since has served in a variety of commercial and industrial capacities. Since 1994 he has been in business for himself on three occasions, served as program manager and consultant and raised two industrial developments from the ground up to production in. His combined 35 years experience in design, manufacturing and management bring together the elements to properly position DevTek, Inc. for success. Mr. Coulter has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and serves in the capacity of President and CEO.

		Dewayne Raines, Founder and Director of Operations Background including electrician, estimator and project manager of small and large projects. In addition, being the former owner of two successful electrical contracting companies compliments his experience and knowledge base in the sales, management, installation and testing of electrical and electronic systems. Mr. Raines’ experience brings many of the technical and management strengths needed by DevTek, Inc. and serves him well in his capacity as Director of Field Operations.

		Joe Holmes, Marketing Director Mr. Holmes brings more than 20 years experience in marketing, communications, sales and customer service to DevTek. A former newspaper editor, he has worked in both the public and private sectors, including public power and the GIS software industry. Joe manages the network of independent InUrEar sales agents, and coordinates all marketing and public relations efforts for the company.
